1.4. Items marked as final sale, customized, or discounted are not eligible for replacement.
2. Replacement Process

2.2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product for replacement. 2.3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Cancellation Policy
